The Oasis On 358 is where outdoors and luxury meet, crafting the perfect destination where anyone can make memories to last a lifetime. Our ranch is just west of the Brazos River in Gause, Texas, centrally located amongst all major cities in Texas, being just 45 minutes from College Station, 2 hours from Austin and Houston, and less than 3 hours from Dallas and San Antonio. Whether your family, friends, or workplace need a weekend getaway, family vacation, work retreat, resort-styled pool day, or a place to congregate for Texas A&M celebrations, The Oasis on 358 can entertain.

As you drive up the property, you will be greeted by stunning red stag, black bucks, scimitar oryx, and peer david with impeccable antlers that are sure to send a warm welcome to The Oasis on 358. Upon entry of the house, you can park under the covered garage or circle drive, with plenty of parking available for all guests. The house is over 12,500 square feet, sleeps up to 20 adults comfortably, and was designed to entertain, with each room having its own unique theme. Downstairs, you will walk inside to a large family room with a double living room, formal dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, bar, utility room, Master Suite, Baby Blue Room and Safari Room. Upstairs you will find five bedrooms, game room, home theatre, and balcony overlooking wildlife grazing the front pasture. If you look closely, you can see Kyle Field, home of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie football team and at night can see the jumbotron lit up.

Right outside the house is our very own award-winning backyard, with three pools, a hot tub, two outdoor kitchens, a covered pavilion with a gas grill and smoker, firepit, playscape, and playhouse. The largest pool is also the deepest for avid swimmers, the medium sized pool is
one that you can walk around in and is great for young swimmers, and the smallest pool is a kiddie pool and perfect for little ones. There is no doubt that all guests will have a great time whether you’re soaking up the sun in one of the pools, grilling hotdogs on one of the gas grills,
smoking a brisket, or swinging on the playscape. There are plenty of areas to cool off outside, under the back patio or under the large pavilion. Just a few feet away are both a men and women’s restroom with outdoor showers.
